During the academic year 2020-21, two meetings were held in online mode, keeping in mind the covid situation and adhering to the protocol.
First meeting was held on 11th January 2021, discussed the effectiveness of online classes, covid related issues and other related topics. Members unanimously expressed joy and satisfaction at the general running of the school and academics during the pandemic, without compromising on quality.
The second PTA meeting was held on 5th November 2021. It was convened by Dr. Koshy Mukalelil, PTA Chairman in the conference hall. Members expressed their feedback on the success of online classes. Members were informed about the Term I examination that would follow. The Chairman Dr. Raju Davis Perepadan said, hostel facilities would be arranged for students who needed extra attention. As per guidelines from Govt., schools would reopen for classes 9-12, keeping the COVID Protocol in mind. The chairman also gave a briefing on all the measures taken prior to the reopening of school for classes 9-12.C

Online mode
Minutes of previous meeting were unanimously approved, the Chairman explained the arrangements done at school for online classes using modern technology. Senses board interactive panels would be used for interactive classes 16 studio rooms were installed for this purpose. Members expressed satisfaction for the new online method of interactive classes and the preparations done to protect its staff and students during the pandemic.

The meeting began with introduction of the new Principal Ms. Giji Jose. The members were informed about the various preparations done for the reopening of schools for students of 9-12. The chairman informed that all arrangements were done keeping in mind covid protocol, temperature scanner, sanitizer, fumigation facilities etc. were arranged classes LKG-8 would continue in the online mode.
